Shippping Information:
We strive to ship quickly and use priority shipping when ever possible. Our fees are for shipping and handling are kept low while still getting your purchase to you quickly.
International orders - please send us an email with your contact information and we can arrange shipping and provide you the shipping cost.
Return Policy:
We always hope that all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 20-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. You must contact us via email to obtain a refund number befor returning the item. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke or pet odor to them. Returns that have a smoke or pet odor will not be refunded.
